As a Container Handling Operative, your role will involve assisting with the efficient loading and unloading of shipping containers, ensuring the careful and organized handling of merchandise, and upholding a tidy and systematic workspace.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Safely and effectively load and unload shipping containers utilizing the necessary equipment
  • Examine containers for any damages and communicate findings to the team leader
  • Organize and categorize items within the containers
  • Support inventory control and stock management
  • Keep the work area clean and orderly
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to mitigate risks and injuries
