ACS Staffing Solutions is a prominent entity in the consumer goods and electronics sector, currently in search of a Strategic Category Lead for Emerging Markets. The successful applicant will possess substantial expertise in category leadership or sales within the consumer goods, electronics, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive and enhance the local category to meet market share, revenue, and profitability objectives.
2. Formulate, allocate, and oversee category-specific marketing and sales initiatives.
3. Prepare and facilitate local product introductions.
4. Maintain daily collaboration with the Sales & Category Director, Marketing Head, Key Account Managers, Product Trainers, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
5. Execute a local category development strategy with a long-term perspective.
6. Craft a national strategy encompassing all Go-To-Market components, including product specifications, pricing strategies, distribution channels, and marketing and sales approaches.
7. Represent the UK within the project team.
8. Establish annual category action plans and promotional sales strategies.
9. Ensure compliance with brand standards and legal regulations.
10. Lead negotiations during significant account discussions.
11. Implement the project development strategy according to established milestones.
12. Provide regular updates to all project stakeholders.
13. Manage local product evaluations and coordinate product-related tasks with the supply chain.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in category leadership or sales within the consumer goods, electronics, or FMCG sectors.
- Demonstrated success in product launches, generating consumer insights, and analyzing market data.
- Proficient in executing campaigns in partnership with sales and marketing teams.
- Strong financial management and project oversight capabilities.
- Excellent integration of marketing and sales functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SCRUM and/or agile methodologies.
- Dedication to overseeing projects through their entire lifecycle.
