About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Body Repair Specialist to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a Panel Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our esteemed organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and replace body components to damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition and to BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturers standards using specialist body repair equipment.
  • Work on high-end vehicles, requiring precision and attention to detail to restore them to their pristine condition.
  • Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales.
  • Work skilfully and safely under pressure, carrying out work in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.
  • Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Be flexible in your approach and continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.
  • Ensure all tasks carried out follow our Health and Safety guidelines, wearing all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and keeping all work areas clean and tidy.
