Building Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our client's team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including contract administration, dilapidations, party wall work, and specification writing.
Key Responsibilities:- Contract Administration: Manage construction contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Dilapidations: Conduct surveys and assessments to determine the condition of properties, identifying areas for improvement.
- Party Wall: Work with clients and contractors to resolve party wall disputes and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Specification Writing: Develop and implement specifications for building projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in building surveying or a related field.
- Relevant qualification, such as MRICS.
- Full driving license and ability to work on a hybrid basis in Birmingham.
- Salary: £30k - £50k DOE.
- Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays.
