The RoleWe are seeking a skilled F&B Team Member to join our team at Crowne Plaza. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work collaboratively with the F&B team to deliver high-quality food and beverage service.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring dishes are presented to a high standard.
- Provide information and recommendations to guests, enhancing their dining experience.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
