Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Unit Manager to lead our non-clinical team in delivering high-quality care to our residents. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the operation and growth of our 24-hour business, focusing on people, customers, and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents in accordance with Bupa's Vision, Mission, and values.
- Implement all Bupa's detailed nursing and operational policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with regulations and contractual requirements.
- Manage all staff costs, associated budgets, and occupancy within your area of the Care Home.
- Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
Requirements:
- NVQ level 3 or above within Care.
- Experience of working in a residential unit to a minimum job level of Senior Care Assistant.
- Experience of effective team management.
- Good time management skills, ability to prioritize and organize workload appropriately.
- Computer literate with experience of using a variety of IT systems.
