We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team as a Property Valuer in our busy Caerphilly office. This is an excellent opportunity for career advancement, with a competitive salary and uncapped commission scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors
  • Generate new and repeat business through effective marketing and sales skills
  • Gain new instructions for properties to market
  • Market properties to buyers using various marketing techniques
  • Complete contracts on properties
  • Upsell additional products and services
  • Prepare brochures for each property with photos and written descriptions
  • Canvass the local area and conduct door-to-door marketing
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Experience as an Estate Agent looking to progress in their career
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
  • Good telephone manner and strong IT skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
