Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and committed Locum Registered Veterinary Nurse to support our operations in South London. This role provides excellent flexibility with a schedule of 2 to 5 shifts per week from Monday to Friday.
Key Duties:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to inpatients and assist with routine treatments.
- Aid veterinarians during consultations, surgical procedures, and other medical tasks.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and vaccinations as required.
- Maintain comprehensive patient records and uphold a clean clinical environment.
- Effectively communicate with clients and offer pet care guidance.
Qualifications:
- Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with active registration with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).
- At least 2 years of experience in veterinary nursing.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Compassionate and attentive approach to patient care and client relations.
- Willingness to work varying shift hours.
