Key Responsibilities

The Analyst 1 role will be responsible for delivering Business As Usual (BAU) activities, covering regulatory reporting obligations under MiFID II, REMIT, EMIR, and SFTR. Key services include:
  • Conducting internal and external reconciliations to support regulatory reporting and evidence controls
  • Producing Management Information and Reporting to support business and evidence controls
  • Performing Regulatory Reporting investigations to ensure regulatory obligations are documented, complete, and accurate

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, high organisation skills, and a proactive approach. Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment. Highly effective written and oral communication skills are required, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit the audience. Microsoft applications software skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, are also necessary. Knowledge of financial markets and previous experience in a similar organisation are desirable.
