About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Consultant in General Adult Psychiatry to join our team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to patients with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality care and staff morale.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based clinical pathways and protocols to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients with complex mental health needs.
  • Conduct clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure high standards of care.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives.

Requirements
  • Full GMC registration with a license to practice.
