The Green Team has been dedicated to empowering youth through the Duke of Edinburgh award since its inception. Over the years, we have expanded our offerings to include a variety of programs and community engagement activities, supported by a growing team of staff and volunteers.

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate individual to join us as Co-CEO, focusing on our corporate responsibility initiatives. This role presents a unique opportunity to influence the strategic direction of The Green Team, enhancing our impact and reputation in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-lead the organization, promoting our mission and values while managing specific operational areas.
  • Drive income generation efforts, particularly in securing unrestricted funds, and enhance financial oversight.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies, partnerships, and marketing initiatives to support organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with the Co-CEO of Programs to guide the Board on strategic matters and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Focus on the sustainability of The Green Team, with an emphasis on increasing unrestricted funding to secure the organization's future.
