Solicitor/Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Solicitor/Associate to join our dynamic Property Litigation team in Norwich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing files, interacting with clients, and assisting senior members of the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and run files under the supervision of senior members of the team.
- Interact directly with clients and manage their expectations.
- Assist senior members of the team as required.
- Contribute to business development to help build the reputation of the firm and the team in the Norfolk and Suffolk region.
- Qualified Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE (approx.).
- High diligence to produce work/documentation of a high standard, with a flexible approach to work to ensure client deadlines are always met.
- Interest in and aptitude for business development.
- Excellent computer/technical skills, particularly working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of seniority and liaise effectively with other internal departments and external contacts.
- Good organisational skills, able to prioritise, make decisions, and work effectively within a sometimes-pressurised environment.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development.
- 25 days holiday (FTE) plus Bank Holidays, rising with service or promotion to maximum 30 days.
