Role Summary

The UK/I Customization division is committed to managing all co-packing activities for the UK and Irish markets. As a team leader, you will oversee a group of 6 professionals, ensuring the effective development of co-pack SKUs, optimizing processes, and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide the UK/I Customization team in executing co-pack projects and re-work tasks efficiently and within budget constraints.
  • Engage with essential stakeholders to deliver cost-efficient co-packing strategies that promote business expansion.
  • Swiftly address supply chain challenges and implement corrective measures to avert disruptions.
  • Champion continuous improvement projects to elevate the co-pack display portfolio and meet harmonization objectives.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with co-pack suppliers and spearhead productivity initiatives to achieve yearly goals.
  • Mentor and develop a team of 6 direct reports while supporting packaging development tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and audit standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management is crucial.
  • Background in supply chain or CS&L is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with packaging technical aspects is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in line management is a plus.
