Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at CV Consulting. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our production machinery and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide electrical and mechanical support to ensure the smooth operation of all production machinery and electrical systems.
  • Respond promptly to automated machinery failures and carry out necessary improvement and upgrade work.
  • Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Minimize machine downtime to maximize productivity.
  • Contribute to the achievement of our preventative maintenance plan.
  • Perform both planned maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with manufacturing systems, related controls, and instrumentation.
  • Recognized qualification (Degree, NVQ or time served apprenticeship)
