Job Title: Head of UX

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of UX to lead our global user experience team at Induction Healthcare Group PLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience of our B2B SaaS products, which transform the interactions between patients and care teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective design processes to improve user experience and drive business outcomes.
  • Lead user research processes to inform and test designs, ensuring they meet healthcare-specific considerations and accessibility standards.
  • Manage a high-performing UX team, coaching and developing their skills to deliver high-quality designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are feasible, meet business priorities, and adhere to GDS standards.
  • Present and champion UX initiatives, defining and monitoring relevant team KPIs.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing product design processes, preferably for a B2B SaaS product.
  • Proven experience building and leading high-performing UX teams.
  • Strong UX/UI design skills, user research, and technical writing experience.
  • Understanding of public healthcare systems, funding, and processes is a plus.
