About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to adults with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to individuals with mental health needs, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to Care Certificate Standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays, with flexibility to meet the needs of the service.
  • Hold a valid UK manual driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
