Our supported living facilities in various locations provide tailored assistance to adults with learning disabilities, each having distinct support requirements. To deliver this essential care, we seek compassionate, motivated, and person-focused Care Support Assistants who are genuinely interested in offering personalized assistance to fulfill individual care plans.

We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with flexible hours arranged on a rota basis to meet the service's needs, including overnight shifts.

Your responsibilities as a Care Support Assistant will encompass:

  • Delivering respectful care alongside practical and emotional support to service users at our facilities
  • Enhancing social opportunities and fostering community involvement
  • Building and maintaining warm, trusting relationships with service users
  • Cooperating with colleagues, families, and relevant professionals to ensure a cohesive and consistent service

Prior experience in Care Support roles is not mandatory. Comprehensive local and corporate training will be provided.

While having a driving license is advantageous for this position, it is not a strict requirement.
