Senior Surveyor - Property Management

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Surveyor to join our Property Management Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a national portfolio, ensuring the health and safety of properties, and providing lease management advice to maximize tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a national portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring timely and effective maintenance and repairs.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve profitability and efficiency across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal and external surveyors to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide expert advice on lease management, tenant relations, and property maintenance to clients.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to clients, ensuring accurate and high-quality information is provided within strict contract deadlines.
  • Manage and reduce insurance risks and claims, and oversee the delivery of an effective business rates mitigation strategy.
  • Develop and implement an effective ESG strategy to managed portfolio.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years PQE and MRICS qualification.
  • Proven experience in commercial property management, with a strong track record of effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strong financial awareness and budgeting experience.
  • Ability to interpret and implement policies, procedures, and legislation relevant to commercial property management/surveying.
