Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee appointment scheduling as directed by healthcare professionals or patients, ensuring all relevant departments are informed.
  • Guarantee the secure collection of payment information for all patients visiting the facility.
  • Address and resolve all patient inquiries received via telephone.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A highly organized individual with a strong focus on accuracy, capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous but not mandatory; experience with SAP or similar patient management systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, a professional telephone demeanor, and proficient computer skills, including experience with Excel, Word, and customer databases.

Work Schedule: Flexible shifts between 8am and 8pm, Monday through Saturday.

Employment Type: Bank contract with zero guaranteed hours.
