Senior Personal Tax Consultant
3 months ago
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a diverse portfolio of self-assessment tax clients, including individual taxpayers and partnerships.
2. Provide expert advisory services related to Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax, and estate planning strategies.
3. Prepare various tax documentation, including but not limited to P11Ds, PSAs, ATEDs, and necessary elections for clients.
4. Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and HMRC through various channels, including phone and email.
5. Supervise and mentor junior tax personnel.
Qualifications:
You should be AAT or ATT qualified, or possess equivalent experience, with a minimum of three years in an accountancy practice or personal tax role. Experience in preparing tax returns for managerial review and familiarity with relevant tax computation software is essential.
