We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Town Planner to join our dynamic Planning Consultancy team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will provide commercial planning advice to a diverse range of clients, guiding development proposals through all planning stages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert planning advice to clients on development proposals
  • Guide projects through all planning stages, from initial concept to completion
  • Work on a variety of projects, including city centre regeneration, high-density housing, retail development, and sports facilities
  • Collaborate with developers, landowners, home builders, financial institutions, and other key players
  • Contribute to the success of our Planning division and the company as a whole
Requirements:
  • Degree in Town Planning or related field
  • Experience in private sector consultancy or local authority
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
  • Passion for sharing knowledge and drive to learn and contribute to the team's success
  • Ability to engage in critical thinking, project management, and negotiation
