Family Solicitor Opportunity

A reputable law firm in Derbyshire is seeking a talented and motivated Family Solicitor to join their thriving Family Department. As a Family Solicitor, you will handle a diverse range of private family law matters, providing expert legal advice and advocacy in areas such as separation and divorce, financial remedy applications, and private law children matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cases with minimal supervision, providing expert legal advice and advocacy in private family law.
  • Engage directly with clients to deliver personalized legal solutions, handling a diverse range of private family law matters.
  • Travel between offices as required to meet client needs, providing a high level of service and expertise.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Qualified Solicitor or full CILEx qualification, with a strong understanding of private family law.
  • Membership of Resolution and adherence to its code of practice, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and professionalism.
  • Willingness to participate in marketing initiatives to promote the firm and team, showcasing your expertise and building your professional network.
