Job Title: Associate Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Associate Operations Specialist to join our Nuclear Threat Reduction (NTR) Operations team. The successful candidate will support logistics operations and maintenance of operational capabilities used to deliver response capabilities that NTR are involved with when supporting other government departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete operational planning, learning and development, capability management and validation activities in accordance with relevant policies, processes and procedures.
  • Support the development of future requirements for the operational response capability.
  • Drive commercial goods vehicles and operate forklift trucks.
Requirements:
  • Full, clean Category C DVLA licence and in-date associated requirements.
  • Extensive experience of driving commercial goods vehicles.
  • Forklift Truck qualification - either B1 or lorry demountable.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Slinging & Lifting / LOLER.
  • ADR Driving.
  • Skills and experience of equipment maintenance.
