Job Title: Help Point Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Help Point Advisor to join our Shared Services team. As a Help Point Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring a seamless experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Collaborate with regional operational management and subcontractors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilize IT skills, including Excel, to manage customer data and track service requests.
  • Document customer interactions, update records, and maintain accurate notes on our internal system.
  • Coordinate and respond to client quotes, queries, and instructions in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Handle customer complaints, identify escalations, and resolve disputes in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate the booking of and client notification of all planned works, producing client and internal reports.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with strong communication and administration skills.
  • Effective time management, with the ability to deliver against client SLAs.
  • Demonstrates an investigative and can-do approach to tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with good organization skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Computer literate, with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office and other common management and CRM software programs.
