Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Reward Manager to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group. As a key member of our payroll and HR team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Pay and Reward function at a strategic level, implementing best practices, and leading process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Pay and Reward on a strategic level, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Create a function that attracts and retains top talent, driving a customer-focused and high-performing culture.
- Lead a large team, managing high-volume payroll experience, and driving process improvements.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement, leading on continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- CIPP qualification or relevant experience.
- Experience in process improvement initiatives and complex ERP and Payroll solutions.
- Capability to work well with stakeholders to improve service delivery.
- Experience in payroll, pension, and reward legislation.
- Previous experience in leading and motivating a team in fast-paced/high-volume environments.
