We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Exercise Instructor to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will be responsible for leading and delivering high-quality group exercise classes to our members, promoting a fun and supportive environment that encourages physical activity and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver group exercise classes to a variety of age groups and fitness levels
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of group exercise programmes and techniques
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all members
- Work collaboratively with the fitness team to plan and deliver a successful class programme
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new group exercise initiatives
- Nationally recognised group exercise qualification (Les Mills - Body Balance, Body Pump and Grit)
- Previous experience of leading/coaching and supervising group exercise classes
- Experience working in a leisure related environment involving customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive hourly rate up to £27.46
