About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team at Alpine Property Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough surveys of residential properties, identifying defects and deterioration, and providing expert advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct accurate and detailed surveys of domestic properties, including RICS Level 1, 2 & 3 Surveys, Disrepair Surveys, and General Building Condition Surveys.
  • Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of building defects and deterioration, and their effects on properties.
  • Produce high-quality reports using our in-house survey app, ensuring excellent communication with clients.
  • Provide professional and courteous service to clients, maintaining a positive image of our company.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Chartered MRICS (Associate RICS will be considered) qualification.
  • At least 5 years of building surveying experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Up-to-date DBS check.
