Regional Manager Opportunity

Recruit Wealth Ltd is delighted to represent one of the fastest growing, largest national Financial Planning businesses in the UK, backed by private equity for further growth and acquisition.

About the Role

This newly created Regional Manager position will oversee day-to-day operations of regional hubs/offices, reporting directly to a Regional Director and working closely with regional teams of advisers and support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure vendors and advisers are fully appraised of the firm's advisory processes
  • Keep the firm's T&C managers informed
  • Assist vendors in allocating clients to suitable advisers
  • Support the integration team as needed, monitoring progress and providing solutions
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure they understand the firm's offering
  • Support the adoption and adherence to group working practices
  • Oversight of compliant and timely delivery of MiFID II ongoing service reviews
  • Stay up-to-date with financial products and legislation, complying with industry rules and regulations
  • Manage client relationships and maintain competency as a practicing adviser
  • Provide clients with financial advice and make recommendations on how to meet their goals
About the Company

Home and regional office working is fully supported, with travel expected during the working week.
