About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Physiotherapist to join our team at Carlisle and District ICC. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing rehabilitation and support to patients with a wide range of long and short-term conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation to patients in their own homes, as well as in-patient settings.
  • Work closely with our health and social care colleagues to ensure seamless care and advice.
  • Collaborate with Brampton Community Hospital to provide flow and discharge support.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Contribute to the development of the ICC's multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
