  • First Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for patients and external agencies, providing timely and effective responses to queries and complaints.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide weekly updates on clinic and theatre scheduling, utilization, and gaps, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

  • Clinic Cancellations: Action clinic cancellations accordingly, taking responsibility for reinstating clinics and rebooking patients as necessary.
  • Workload Management: Balance clinic workload and patient flow to maximize the number of patients seen during sessions, considering fluctuating DNA rates and cancellations.

About You:

  • Customer Service: Demonstrate proven customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
  • Administrative Skills: Showcase proven administrative skills, including the ability to follow processes and procedures.
  • Technical Skills: Possess excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn new patient record systems.
