We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager of Sexual Violence Prevention and Response. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to sexual violence and misconduct.
- Provide specialist advice and guidance to students and staff on issues related to sexual violence and misconduct.
- Manage cases of sexual violence and misconduct reported to the university, including tracking, recording, and reporting progress.
- Work in partnership with colleges, the Counselling & Mental Health Service, Human Resources, and other internal and external agencies to ensure appropriate support is available to students and staff who disclose experiencing sexual violence and misconduct.
- Develop and deliver training to students and staff on issues related to sexual violence and misconduct.
- Masters degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Accredited Sexual Violence Liaison Officer or equivalent experience.
- Professional practitioner with knowledge and expertise in delivering services, events, and activities within the organization.
- Experience of implementing policy and procedures and involvement with future changes for a service area.
- Experience of providing specialist advice and guidance to a range of customers and colleagues, including more senior colleagues.
