Job Description

**SF Recruitment (Executive)** is seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join a successful private equity-backed business in the distribution space.


The company, with a strong track record of growth and profitability, is looking for a financial leader to maximize its expansion and build a best-in-class finance process to ensure maximum value in a planned exit.


**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a financial strategy to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and partners


**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or Financial Director in a similar industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions
