Join Our Team as a Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to oversee and drive success of development finance and self-build projects at Saffron Building Society.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the growth and success of our development finance and self-build projects. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing effective client and broker relationships, crafting deals, and writing compelling papers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of development finance cases from Heads of Terms through to completion and sale of the properties.
  • Provide valued research and information on industry trends, competitor product initiatives, and other appropriate market intelligence to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review and monitor self-build cases and self-build watch list, reporting back findings and any recommendations to Credit Committee.
  • Demonstrate relationship management experience in dealing with clients and third parties – surveyors/quantity surveyors/solicitors.
  • Work with the Society's operating systems and possess good overall IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
