About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team at insurd. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance products to clients, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell insurance products to clients, including taxi and motorhome insurance.
  • Obtain quotations from clients and prospects, and administer mid-term adjustments.
  • Collect and input client information accurately, and administer new and renewed policies.
  • Deal with incoming enquiries from clients, insurers, and other third parties in a professional and timely manner.
  • Comply with FCA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Input data onto office systems, and liaise with insurers and other third parties regarding client needs.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to clients.

  • An excellent starting salary of £28,000, dependent on experience, plus a bonus.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong personality, ambition, and drive to succeed. You will have previous experience in a similar sales or telesales role, and high-level interpersonal skills to build successful relationships with clients. You will also have excellent communication skills, planning and organisational skills, and be computer literate.
