About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities around the governance of Third Party Suppliers, representing Third Party Supplier risk across key governance forums & committees, and liaising with SMEs on service metrics to form a view and overall third party supplier dashboard that can be tracked and managed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold internal monthly supplier governance (management) forum for AM
  • Liaise with SMEs on service metrics to form view of overall supplier dashboard
  • Review of trends issues from key suppliers
  • Review pipeline activities with Suppliers
  • Identify trends where there are issues for further focus/deep dive
  • Represent 3rd Party Risk across key governance forums & committees such as; Tech &Ops forum for SMF24, ERC and other risk committees

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in Financial Services
  • Preferable experience in 3rd Party Risk Oversight/Vendor Management, first line risk management
  • Experience in Governance Support & Management Reporting
