We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Section Leader to join our team at our Barnsley site. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clear communication and ongoing feedback to colleagues, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Understand and deliver against the operational plan for each day, taking accountability for a specific operational area and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Support the induction of new starters and ongoing training requirements for colleagues, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
  • Identify and develop solutions to potential risks and hazards, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all colleagues.
  • Coach and develop colleagues to improve their performance and deliver key operational expectations.
