About the Role

We are seeking a skilled 18t Driver to join our team at DX Network Services Limited. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent DX Network Services Limited in a professional manner at all times
  • Drive vehicles in a safe and legal manner, ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects or issues
  • Scan products using DX scanning equipment and ensure accurate documentation
  • Load and unload products safely and efficiently
  • Manage routing to ensure timely and premium deliveries
  • Ensure all equipment and personal protective equipment is in good working order
  • Report any delivery or on-road issues to the traffic office
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Collect and deliver goods in accordance with given instructions and times
Essential Criteria
  • Hold a valid C1 or above license with a valid DQC and Tacho card
  • Maximum of 6 points on license and no bans
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service
