Procurement Coordinator (REQUIRED SAGE/XERO PROFICIENCY)

Compensation:
£12.44 per hour, negotiable based on experience
Working Hours:
Flexible part-time or full-time options available, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (08:30-17:00) Temporary position with potential for permanent placement.
At The Recruitment Co., we are actively seeking a Procurement/Data Entry Coordinator to join a client in the Newport region.
You will be part of a family-owned enterprise, playing a vital role within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responding to incoming calls
2. Following up with customers regarding their inquiries
3. Managing queries through phone and email communication
4. Entering orders into the system
5. Tracking orders
6. Verifying product availability
7. Generating Purchase and Sales orders
8. Printing picking lists
9. Conducting general data entry tasks
10. Sending invoices and assisting with invoice follow-ups as needed
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Sage or Xero is mandatory
- Experience in processing supplier invoices
- Computer literacy
- Strong customer service abilities
- A minimum of 18 months of prior administrative or customer service experience is required
- Well-organized and punctual
