About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multi Skilled Operative to join our team at Shawell Sand and Gravel Quarry in Lutterworth. As a key member of our Quarry Operative team, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality granite products and dry aggregate material for the construction industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the site
  • Contribute to the site plan and ensure that stocks are maintained and replenished in good time
  • Deliver best-in-class Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality performance for our Plant operations
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in an industrial, factory, or similar environment as an operative or labourer
  • Excellent communication skills and a desire to develop both operative and supervisory skills
  • Shovel License (desirable)
