Physiotherapist - Care Home (Part Time) Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our Integrated Community Stroke Team as a Band 7 specialist. The successful candidate will have a strong background in stroke rehabilitation and be able to provide leadership and support to staff in delivering specialist community stroke rehabilitation and ongoing case management.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide highly specialist clinical reasoning, critical thinking, reflection, and analysis to support assessments, treatment, and management of stroke survivors with complex presentations.
- Support patients in the community to enable them to live their optimum life, being self-caring and independent with their health needs following a stroke.
- Ensure the Community Stroke Rehabilitation service meets accreditation standards or works towards meeting standards of accreditation by the Royal College of Physicians (RCP) National Stroke Rehabilitation guidelines and National Institute of Health and Care Excellence (NICE) Stroke Rehabilitation guidelines.
- Recognised Physiotherapy Degree Qualification
- Health Professions Council Licence to Practice
- Valid full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
