Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Controller to join our team at IPS Finance. As a Senior Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the full credit control function, reporting to the Credit Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the credit control function, ensuring timely collection of receivables and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Process new account applications, including credit checking and financial analysis.
  3. Monitor and manage credit limits, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  4. Liaise with customers to resolve any issues related to credit and collections.
  5. Deal with customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  6. Post payments onto the ledger, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
