Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement the technical roadmap, making key architectural decisions to maintain an advanced technology stack.
  • Oversee product development, implementation, and scaling to ensure high-quality and performance standards are met.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for top technical talent, building a strong engineering team as the company grows.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts and project updates to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading technology teams and delivering scalable software solutions in a fast-paced, growth environment.
  • Strong coding skills in Python and SQL, with expertise in database management systems, particularly PostgreSQL, Redis, and Chromadb, along with experience in cloud platforms like AWS.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD, Docker, GitHub, and server management (Ubuntu).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in tech-driven start-ups as a bonus.
