Outdoor Education Instructor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced educator to join our team at Sparsholt Campus, teaching Uniformed Public Services programs within the Sport and Outdoor Adventure curriculum area.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development and delivery of Uniformed Public Services programs
- Lead adventure training and outdoor pursuits, working with students to achieve BTEC level 1, 2, and 3 qualifications
- Collaborate with colleagues across campuses to ensure a cohesive learning experience
- Support students in transitioning to teaching careers, offering guidance and resources for professional development
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in a related subject area
- Recognized teaching qualification or willingness to attain one
- Previous experience in the FE sector, teaching BTEC level qualifications desirable but not essential
- Eligibility to join the Teachers' Pension Scheme
