Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our team in Rochester, Kent. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a 360 desk across Primary, Secondary, or SEN schools, working closely with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a 360 recruitment desk, working with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional recruitment services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Source and attract top talent for our clients, utilizing effective recruitment strategies and techniques
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our clients' needs
  • Provide exceptional candidate care, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships

Requirements

  • 1+ years' experience in recruitment, preferably in the education sector
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the education sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
