Job Title: Legal Executive

We are seeking an experienced Legal Executive to join our Private Client team in Liverpool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with solicitors to advise clients on complex casework within the Court of Protection, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Probate department.
  • Handling own files and caseload, providing exceptional client service and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in private client law, preferably in the Court of Protection, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Probate department.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
