Primary Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and environmental standards.
  • Preparing and monitoring contract budgets and timelines.
  • Managing site cost control measures.
  • Delivering construction work to the required quality specifications.
  • Engaging with stakeholders and the public in a high-traffic environment.
  • Adhering to contract specifications.
  • Supervising site personnel, subcontractors, and laborers.
  • Coordinating with the Client's Representative, Project Manager, or Supervisor.
  • Optimizing resource utilization in executing responsibilities.
  • Maintaining detailed records and ensuring proper archiving.
  • Implementing Quality Assurance and Quality Control protocols.
  • Conducting inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Required Qualifications:

  • Preferred educational background in Civil Engineering (HNC / HND).
  • Valid CSCS - Black card (NVQ level 6) or Gold card minimum.
  • SMSTS certification (5-day course).

First Aid Certification:
Completion of a Full 3-Day Course

  • NRSWA – Supervisor and Temporary Works Coordinator qualifications.
  • Confined Space Training and Lifting Appointed Persons certification.
  • Practical Environmental Management training.
