The Project Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing the administrative functions of both client and internal projects. This position involves tracking and assessing project timelines to align with client expectations, facilitating scheduling and logistical arrangements, and maintaining regular communication with team members and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the coordination of project schedules
• Manage deadlines for all project deliverables
• Monitor team performance and progress
• Assist in client support initiatives
• Prepare documentation related to project planning and progress as required
• Participate in all relevant client and team meetings regarding the project
Required Skills:
• Prior experience in project coordination
• Strong customer service capabilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Proficient computer skills and a keen interest in technology
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related discipline
