Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Buying Administrator to join our buying team at Dreams Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our buyers and ensuring the smooth operation of our sourcing strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and maintain product data, prices, and promotions to support the buyer in creating high-quality product ranges.
- Accountable for the product set-up process to ensure accuracy in all systems and protect launch dates.
- Work closely with our Quality function to deliver high-quality, ethically sourced products.
- Own supplier set-up, acting as a point of contact and liaising with third-party suppliers on a daily basis.
- Provide analysis and preparatory support to the buying team with supplier management and negotiations to improve net terms.
- Organize product for display purposes at events and conferences.
- Experience: Outstanding organizational skills, buying administration experience, and a graduate-level education.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and understand market trends.
- Strong financial acumen and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- People-first approach: Treat others with respect, be a confident and personable individual, and a go-to member of the team for product queries.
- Communicator: Confidence to present back to smaller teams and build relationships across all levels of the business.
