Job Summary:

Financial Divisions is seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to support the Paraplanners and Financial Advisers within our Essex office. As a Financial Administrator, you will work closely with the Paraplanners and Advisors to prepare suitability reports, manage the LOA end-to-end process, maintain client contact, and deal with all client tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Paraplanners and Advisors with product research and suitability reports
  • Manage the LOA end-to-end process, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Maintain client contact and respond to client inquiries
  • Arrange and prepare documentation for Advisors
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and projects

Requirements:

  • 18 months+ experience working within wealth management as a Financial Administrator or client service coordinator
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of financial services and products
