Job Title: Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant

TimePlan Education Group Ltd is seeking a Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable experience in a secondary school setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to work as a Learning Mentor for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to students, as well as contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tutoring and mentoring groups of pupils and individuals to ensure everyone is at the correct attainment level in all subjects
  • Actively engaging in every professional developmental opportunity on the road to a successful career in teaching
Requirements:
  • Psychology Degree
  • Passion for helping young people excel
  • Experience working with secondary school-aged students (preferable)
